Extra-neutral alcohol (ENA) or Surfin is a high-purity potable alcohol (ethanol) derived from sugarcane molasses via fermentation, distillation and precision rectification. It is used widely in premium alcoholic beverage blends and formulations including vodka (where it is often the sole ingredient), gin, liqueurs, bitters, vermouth and fernet.
